Webmail Login

The webmail login page is https://login.casscomm.com. Please bookmark this for reference.

Email Server Settings

Incoming mail (POP/IMAP): mail.casscomm.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.casscomm.com
Port Numbers: Outgoing mail (SMTP): 465 Incoming mail (POP3): 995 Incoming mail (IMAP): 993
SSL Authentication is required.

Setting up the Native Email App:

Step 1. Navigate to Apps and Settings

Step 2. Select Accounts and +Add account

Step 3.  Find and select Email

Step 4.  Enter your full email address and your password

  • Select Manual setup

Step 5. Select IMAP account


Step 6.  Populate the necessary fields accordingly:

  • Email address: This field should have auto-populated; if not, enter your full email address

  • Username: Enter your full email address here also

  • Password: Enter the password for your email account

  • IMAP server: Enter  mail.casscomm.com 
    The system may auto-populate this field with incorrect information. If it does, change it.

  • Security type: Select the drop-down and choose either:

    • SSL (Accept all certificates)    or...

    • SSL/TSL (Accept all certificates)

            The choices are listed differently based on smart phone device.

  • Port: Ensure that this field is displaying 993

Click Next to continue…


Step 7. Populate the necessary fields accordingly:

  • SMTP server: Enter  smtp.casscomm.com

  • Security type: Select the drop-down and choose either:

    • SSL (Accept all certificates)    or...

    • SSL/TSL (Accept all certificates)

                  The choices are listed differently based on smart phone device.

  • Port: Update to 465

  • Require Sign-in: Ensure that this field is checked

  • Username: Enter your full email address

  • Password: Enter the password for your email account

Click Next to continue...


Step 8. Select your preferences, then click Next


Congratulations! You have successfully configured your account.

 

 

Updating your email account in Mac Mail

This guide will help you set up your Apple Mail program to receive and send email using your new account settings.

Or, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Open the Preferences screen:

  • Open Mac Mail
  • Click the Mail drop down menu, then click Preferences...

Step 2. Update Account Settings

  • Ensure the Accounts tab is selected
  • Select your @casscomm.com account in the left column
  • Edit the Incoming Mail Server to: mail.casscomm.com
    Important: Ensure that your User Name (which must be your full email address) and Password are correct

Step 3.  Open the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) settings:

  • Click on the drop-down menu beside Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
  • Click on Edit SMTP Server List...

Step 4. Update SMTP Settings:

  • Enter the following in the Server Name box: smtp.casscomm.com
  • Click OK
  • Close the dialog box with the red X

Updating Your iPad

Step 1. Locate your email settings:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings (typically on your homescreen)
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Step 2. In the Accounts section, tap your email account.

Note: If your account is not listed, click on Add Account, then Other, the Add Mail Account then complete the form.  You can then skip to step 4 below.

Step 3. Tap your email address.

Step 4. Update your INCOMING MAIL SERVER settings:

  • Edit the Host Name field to: mail.casscomm.com
  • Ensure the User Name is your full @casscomm.com email address.
  • Once complete, tap the SMTP button

  • Tap the Add Server… button.

Step 6. Set up the SMTP server settings

  • In the Host Name field enter: smtp.casscomm.com
  • In the User Name field enter:  Your full @casscomm.com email address
  • In the Password field enter: Your email password
  • Tap Save

Removing Your Account from the Gmail App

Updating your e-mail account in Outlook 2007

Step 1. Navigate to your Account Settings:

  • Open Outlook 2007
  • Click the Tools drop down menu
  • Select Account Settings

Step2. Open the Change E-mail Account wizard:

  • Select your @casscomm.com email address to highlight in the center of the window
  • Click Change…

Step 3.  Update the server settings:

  • Edit the Incoming mail server to: mail.casscomm.com
  • Edit the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to: smtp.casscomm.com
    Important: Make sure your Name, E-mail Address, and Password are correct
  • Click Test Account Settings…
    If you receive an error message, double-check that all steps were completed correctly and that your Internet connection is active.
  • When the test is successful, click Next to complete the process.

  • To close the Change E-mail Account wizard, click Finish

Or, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Navigate to your Account Settings:

  • Open Outlook 2010 or 2013
  • Click the File menu, and then select Info
  • In the Account Information window, click Account Settings, and then click Account Settings again from the menu that appears.

Step 2. Open the Account Settings window:

  • Select your e-mail address (in the center of the window) to highlight it
  • Click Change…

Step 3.  Update Account Settings:

  • Edit the Incoming mail server to: mail.casscomm.com
  • Edit the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to: smtp.casscomm.com
    IMPORTANT: 
    Make sure your Name, E-mail Address, and Password are correct.
  • Click Test Account Settings…
    Note:
     If you receive an error, double-check that all steps were completed correctly and that your Internet connection is active.
  • When the test is successful, click Next >

Updating your email account in Thunderbird

 

Step 1.  Open the Account Settings screen:

  • Open Thunderbird
  • Click to select your @casscomm.com email address in the left column, then click View settings for this account
  • Click Server Settings

  • Edit the Server Name to:  mail.casscomm.com

Step 3. Locate your Outgoing server settings:

  • Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the left column
  • Click your email address so that highlights, then click Edit

Step 4. Update SMTP Server settings:

  • Enter the Server Name as:  smtp.casscomm.com
  • Click OK
  • Ensure your casscomm.com email is selected in the left column

Step 5. Ensure the new SMTP server is selected:

  • Click the Outgoing Server (SMTP) drop-down and select the server labeled with smtp.casscomm.com
  • Click OK

Your email is now set up. Congratulations!

 

Updating your email account in Windows Mail (Windows 8.x)

This guide will help you update your Windows 8 - Mail App program to receive and send email using your new account settings.

Step 1. Open your Account Settings:

  • Open Mail App
  • Press Windows key + C key at the same time
  • Select Settings in the right slide out tab
  • Select Accounts in the Settings slide out menu
  • Click on your @casscomm.com email account in the list to display the Account Settings

Step 2. Update your server settings:

  • Scroll down to Incoming email server and set it to: mail.casscomm.com
  • Scroll down to Outgoing email server and set to smtp.casscomm.com

Step 3. Congratulations!

  • Simply click somewhere in the main window to close the settings menu
  • You're finished!

Connecting your email account to Windows Live Mail 2012

This easy guide will help you set up your Windows Live Mail 2012 email program to receive and send email using your new email account settings.

              Step 1. Open your email Properties:

    • Open Windows Live Mail 2012
    • Right-click your email address in the left column, and then click Properties

    • Click the Servers tab
    • Edit the Incoming mail field to: mail.casscomm.com
    • Edit the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field to: smtp.casscomm.com
      IMPORTANT: Ensure that the Email username is your full E-mail Address, including the @casscomm.com and that your Password is correct.

Connecting your email account to Windows 10

This easy guide will help you set up your Windows 10 email program to receive and send email using your new email account settings.

        

               Step 1. Open your email Properties:

        • Open Windows 10
        • Right-click your email address in the left column, and then click Properties

      • Select the type of email account you want to have set up.

        • Enter your email address and password.

        • Enter the name you would like others to see when you send an email (your name field).

        • Enter your email address.
        • Enter your user name which is also your email address.
        • Enter the outgoing mail server information: smtp.casscomm.com

        • Ensure your password and the outgoing server information is correct.
        • Click Sign In.
