We look forward to bringing you this new video service with our new CASSCOMM TV service on our fiber system! Here are some of the new features and services:
- ManageMyTV’s App. Turn your iOS or Android devices into a remote control. You can manage your recordings and view guide data remotely.
- What’s Hot App. Shows you the top programs being watched, the top recordings and the top series recordings in your area.
- Cloud DVR. Save your recordings in our Cloud rather than on a DVR set top box in your house. Access those recordings from any set top box on your account.
- Restart TV. Gives you the ability to restart a program that is already in progress. If you are browsing channels and see a program that you would like to watch, but it has already started, then you can restart it and watch it from the beginning.
Other features include guide customization, parental controls, the Games App, the Weather App and Video On Demand services.
Customers will receive the first 2 boxes at no charge. Every CASSCOMM TV set top box after that will be an additional $3.95 monthly charge. Questions? Call 1-800-252-1799.
CASSCOMM TV services are only available on our Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) system where the FTTH construction has been completed. All TV sets in the home require an CASSCOMM TV set top box to view programming. You can find an CASSCOMM TV customer user manual here. Cloud DVR service requires a $10.95/month subscription or is available in certain CASSCOMM bundles. Restart TV is only available with a Cloud DVR subscription. We will be transitioning all cable TV customers from our coaxial system to our new FTTH system.
